Landlords and key stakeholders need to find a new role providing an enjoyable experience that cannot be matched on-line or by the grocers says Snapshop.  By contrast, grocers are expanding aggressively.  Tescos plans an additional 26 Tesco Extras and 181 Tescos Express.  Asda plans to add 150 new Asda Living stores - non food space.  It is thought that not much of this will be in town centres.
